I have been trying to download the version of Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Express Edition for Windows 64, but as far as I can tell, everything is exclusively aimed at Oracle Database 18c Express Edition, someone knows where the 11g version could be downloaded, and why it's no longer available?

Download the Oracle software using one of the two link below. If you have access to My Oracle Support (MOS), then it is better to download the 11.2.0.4 version, since this is the first release of 11.2 that is supported on Oracle Linux 7.

Regards,Rohan Mhatre and Connor said...I can't give a definitive answer, but I've definitely got Oracle 11 and 12 running fine on my Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 laptops.In all cases, I have admin access on the machine, so its reasonable hypothesis of yours that admin rights is the issue.Perhaps as a workaround, try using the preconfigured VM machines and run the database in a VM. In this article, we will look at how to download & install Oracle 11g database on Windows 10. You can follow same process for any version of windows like Windows 11, Windows 10 (62 bit/32 bit), Windows 7 and Windows 8.
In the next page, it will display login option for Oracle account. I have already created my oracle account so I will login with my account details. After successful login, it will start download automatically.
